The day's entry
Cash sale, credit sale, a baki paid back, an expense, cash in or out, money moved to the bank. One line each, on the day it happens.
Baki khata
Who owes you, how much, and since when. A statement per party, and the due falls the moment they pay — it does not sit there growing.
Cash book
Opening, in, out and closing for every day. The figure on the screen is the money that should be in the drawer.
Bank book
Each account you keep — bank, bKash, Nagad. A deposit takes cash out of the drawer and puts it in the bank in one entry.
Expense book
Your own heads — rent, salary, electricity, whatever you already use. By head and by date, for any stretch of days.
Monthly ledger
The same month-end page you keep today: net sale, net expenses, net profit — worked out, not typed.
Salary sheet
Staff, monthly salary, absent days, bonus and advances. What is still due is counted for you, and nobody can be paid twice.

Your old months are not thrown away: we read a month of your existing sheet into the program, show you a preview first, and only then write it in.

Offline, by design
It runs on one Windows computer with no internet. A power cut or a dead line does not stop the day's entry.
A backup every day
One backup a day lands in your Documents folder and the last thirty are kept, so a bad day can be put back.
A name on every entry
Each person has their own login. Who wrote what, and when, is recorded — and so is anything the program refused.
Updates you can trust
A new version is checked against our signature before a single file is installed, and only an admin can start it.
Proven against a real month
A full month from a working business was entered and the program's figures matched the sheet, to the taka.
Nothing locked in
Every report leaves as an Excel file, and the database is one file you can copy onto a pen drive.

Does it need internet?
No. Every entry, every book and every report works with the line dead. The only time it looks outside is to see whether a new version exists, and it gives that up quietly when there is no connection.
Where is my data kept?
In one file on your own computer, with a backup copied into your Documents folder every day — the last thirty are kept. Nothing is sent to us, and we cannot see your figures.
I already keep a monthly sheet. Do I start from zero?
No. We read a month of your sheet (.xlsx or .ods) into the program by its own column names. You see a preview of exactly what will be written, and it only goes in after a backup, into an empty month.
Can two people use it?
Each person gets their own login, and every entry carries the name of who made it. The ledger itself lives on one computer — if you need the same books on two machines, tell us, because that is not what it does today.
What does my accountant get?
Any report as an Excel file: the monthly ledger, the cash book, the bank book, the expense book, the baki khata or one party's statement.
What do I need to run it?
A Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer. One file installs it, without an administrator password if you are installing it for yourself.
How do updates work?
When a new version is published, the program shows "Update available". An admin clicks it, the file is checked against our signature and its size and fingerprint before anything installs, and the program reopens on the new version. Your data and backups are untouched.
How much does it cost?
We will give you the price on the call, once we know the size of your business and what you want set up. Nothing is charged for the meeting.
